FAQ

Q: Can I bring food from home for my pet to eat?

A: Yes, we ask that you bring your own food. Pets are picky, so they want what they are used to. We just ask that you bag and label your pets food.

Q: Is there a discount if I have two dogs staying at the same time?

A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount per night for your second dog staying in the same room. In our effort to maximize the safety and health of all guests, we do not allow dogs from separate households (friends, neighbors, family members) to room together while staying with us.

Q: Is there an age limit on dogs that can stay with you?

A: For any dog over 10 years old that has not lodged with us before, we may require a complimentary “meet and greet” visit prior to your pet’s stay. Puppies must be at least 17 weeks old to stay with us.

Q: Do you accept all types/breeds of dogs?

A: Yes, we welcome all dogs that are social with people.

Q: Does my dog have to be neutered?

A: Yes, that is something we must require for all the animals that stay with us.

Q: Is there someone on-site 24 hours?

A: Yes, my family and I live on site.

Q: Do you also offer dog grooming?

A: No, we want to keep our focus on loving and nurturing all the pets that stay with us. But, there is a dog grooming service right at the end of our driveway and we do offer a shuttle service so we could pick up or drop off your pet for a salon visit!

Q: What is your boarding cancellation policy?

A: We fill up every day, and feel it’s only fair to let us know if your pet will not attend. If your pet is unable to come, we ask that you contact us 3 days in advance so another pet is able to take that spot. You will be charged the full reservation fee if your pet is a no show.

Inclement weather policy: If the change or cancellation is the result of poor weather conditions, there will be no charge.

Yes! I want to
board my dog.

Q: What is your daycare cancellation policy?

A: Because we only accept a limited number of dogs, we require a 24 hour cancellation. You will be charged the full day fee if your pet is a no show.

Inclement weather policy: If the change or cancellation is the result of poor weather conditions, there will be no charge.

Q: What should I bring when my pet spends the night?

A:

  • Food

  • Medications in the original bottle with the directions on the bottle

  • All suites come with a raised blue bed, and we also have blankets available

If you think your pet would be more comfortable with a blanket or bed from home, you can bring one, but please make sure it can be laundered.

Q: How do you keep everything clean?

A: No need to worry about this — as someone who has managed a house cleaning business for years, we take great pride in keeping our location clean! All the indoor and outdoor play areas, toys, and play equipment are sanitized and deep cleaned nightly. We replace water dishes 5-6 times each day. All of our cleaning products are pet safe.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: Yes, like most boarding services, we do have some rules and regulations to insure the safety of all animals. You can print our Pet Care Agreement out and bring to your first visit.
